Shipping Policy

At Dr. Arthro, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after they are placed.

Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday, and delivery typically takes an additional 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional fee of ₹115.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Force Majeure

DrArthro.com will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to:

Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, war, fire, floods, terrorism, transportation disruptions, machinery breakdowns, government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, pandemics, or shortages in raw materials.

In such cases, we will do our best to notify you and resume services as soon as possible.
